This is no problem at all. At iWoon you can place an order by email and/or telephone .

Delivery

If you order more than €750 - , or more in the Netherlands , we will bring the items to your door completely free of charge.
In Belgium? We make the same promise there.

At iWoon there are different shipping costs. This has everything to do with the size and weight of the items. You can have an estimate made in your shopping cart.

Shipping costs are always automatically calculated for you at checkout.

  • Regular delivery days are Monday to Friday. *

    * NB this is dependent and may differ per product.
  • Deliveries take place between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

  • Provided delivery is prevented by external factors, we will contact you.

Great news for our valued customers! We are now able to offer pick-up options. We understand that this can be a convenient option, and we are proud to offer this as a service. If you would like to use our pick-up service, we kindly ask that you allow 1-2 business days for your order to be ready for collection. We do our best to make this process as efficient as possible, so that you can collect your products quickly and easily.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a text message to notify you. From that moment on, the following collection times apply.

In addition, we understand that there may be specific situations where you need an exception. We want to emphasize that we are flexible and willing to look at your individual needs. If you think your situation warrants an exception, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

We will respond to your complaint as quickly as possible. Responding to a complaint can take up to 14 working days.
We aim to respond to your complaint within 5 working days.

Returns & Cancellations

When purchasing online, the customer has the option to cancel the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days . This period starts after the moment of receipt.

The transport costs for large transport vary between €74.95 and €99.95

For small transport between €17.95 and €27.95

Want to return a product ( small transport ) yourself? The costs for a parcel service are for the customer.

If more than one product is returned from the same address, you will only pay the return costs for the product with the highest rate.

NB for tiles it is only possible to return an entire order, partial deliveries will not be accepted.
