Litokol LitoLevel cones and nuts are part of the LitoLevel leveling system, which eliminates height differences between tiles without pliers or other tools. It comes as a box with 250 cones and 250 nuts.
Product & function
LitoLevel consists of three parts: a base under the tile, a cone on top of it, and a nut that you tighten. Tightening the nut creates vertical pressure on the free cone. That's the whole idea: the pressure goes straight down, preventing tiles from rotating or shifting and keeping the joint width consistent. The cone does not rub against the tile surface, so no streaks or stains are left behind. You can gradually build up and release pressure by tightening or loosening the nut.

- Leveling when laying large-format porcelain stoneware and ceramics

- Joint width 1.5 mm, or wider in combination with spacers or T-pieces
Please note: the base is designed for a 1.5 mm joint. If you want a wider joint, use spacers or T-pieces in the desired size, always larger than 1.5 mm.
Usage & points of attention
- Slide the base under each side of the tile after gluing
- For large tiles and thin slabs, also glue the back
- Tap with a white rubber mallet, or for thin slabs, use a tile vibrator
- Place the next row and level it with the white rubber mallet
- Place the cone on the base and tighten the nut until the tiles are level
- Allow the adhesive to dry completely
- First loosen the nuts and remove them with the caps, then break off the bases
- Break off the base in the same direction as the joint line
