Litokol Starlike EVO is a two-component epoxy grout, here in color Grigio cemento (125). The colored paste and the hardener are together in one bucket. You can use it to grout ceramics, porcelain stoneware and mosaic, and the same product can also be used as tile adhesive.
Color & atmosphere
Grigio cemento (125) is the gray of smoothed concrete. For concrete-look tiles, this is the color that completes the illusion, because the grout takes on the same tone as the surface.
Product & application
Starlike EVO is intended for joints from 1 to 15 mm, on floors and walls, indoors and outdoors. The hardened joint is non-absorbent and stain-resistant. The color comes from sintered quartz spheres that are colored on the surface, so no pigment is left behind on the tile and cleaning is easier.

For natural stone, polished porcelain stoneware and porous materials, the manufacturer requires that a test joint always be made first. This way you can determine whether the material absorbs the resin or is difficult to clean. Tuscan terracotta and other porous articles such as concrete curbs are outside the scope of application.
Substrate & compatibility
As a grout, apply Starlike EVO to joints that are clean, dust-free and open for the full tile thickness. First, check that the tile adhesive is completely dry and cured. If you use it as an adhesive, the substrate must be clean, load-bearing, crack-free and free of rising damp.

Butt joints without space are not permitted, and plastic tile spacers must be removed before grouting. For the elastic sealing of expansion, corner and connection joints, do not use epoxy grout, but a sealant from the Pixel 3D line.
Processing
Cut open the bag of hardener and empty it completely into the bucket with part A; roll up the bag so that nothing is left behind. Mix with a slow-rotating mixer of about 300 rpm until a creamy, lump-free mass and scrape the wall and bottom of the bucket clean. Manual mixing is not recommended.
- Process between +10 °C and +30 °C, most favorable between +18 °C and +23 °C
- Approximately 60 minutes processing time in the bucket at +23 °C
- Apply with a rubber grout float, diagonally to the direction of the joint
- Clean while the product is fresh: first white felt, then a damp sponge
- Walkable after 24 hours, fully loadable after 5 days, swimming pools after 7 days
Remove haze and residue from the tile after about 24 hours with Litonet EVO for floors or Litonet Gel EVO for walls. After that, the product can only be removed mechanically. Do not apply anything if the temperature drops below +10 °C within 24 hours, protect the work from direct sunlight and strong drafts for the first 12 hours, and do not cover the fresh joint — wait 48 to 72 hours before laying breathable material over it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I also use Starlike EVO as tile adhesive? Yes. Spread it out with the smooth side of the trowel to about 1 mm and then comb it up with the notched side. Grouting can be done after about 24 hours.
How long do I have after mixing? Approximately 60 minutes at +23 °C. In warm weather, this goes faster, so spread the product quickly over the floor instead of leaving it in the bucket.
What if I remove residue too late? After hardening, epoxy can only be removed mechanically. Therefore, remove hazes within approximately 24 hours with Litonet EVO for floors or Litonet Gel EVO for walls.
Can I clean the grouted floor with bleach? No. The manufacturer advises against bleach: with insufficient dilution or rinsing, the grout can yellow, which is especially noticeable on light colors. Also, do not use aggressive cleaners for the first five days.
