Starlike Wall Care is a concentrated, gel-form cleaner with an alkaline pH, for removing epoxy residues and hazes from wall tiles. Its high viscosity ensures the product adheres to vertical surfaces. The product is water-based and comes in a 0.75-liter spray bottle.
Product & application
Undiluted, Starlike Wall Care removes aged residues and stains from epoxy grouts such as Starlike Pro, Starlike Crystal, and Starlike Easy. It also removes stains previously left by dark-colored cementitious grout on polished porcelain stoneware.
Starlike Wall Care is the variant for walls. The gel stays where you spray it instead of running down to the skirting board — the difference between targeted work and general cleaning.
- All types of ceramic tiles and porcelain stoneware
- Polished and aged stoneware
- Ceramic and glass mosaic
- Natural stone, including polished marble
- Application on walls
Pay attention to which cleaner is suitable for your grout. This line is intended for Starlike Pro, Crystal, and Easy. If you have grouted with Starlike EVO, use Litonet EVO for floors or Litonet Gel EVO for walls.
Substrate & compatibility
The solution is non-aggressive and can therefore be used on polished marble and on polished or honed stoneware, without damaging or dulling the surface. Wait until the grout has cured sufficiently — normally 24 hours at +20 to +25 °C — before cleaning.
- Suitable for all types of tiles, mosaics, and natural stone
- Fresh residues require less contact time than dried-on ones
- Also usable as a degreaser: dilute it to 30% in water.
- Highly degreasing and removes wax
Before use, cover everything that should not come into contact with the cleaner: doors, frames, rubber seals, furniture, taps, and metal or PVC profiles.
Application
Shake the bottle well before use. Spray the undiluted product directly onto the surface and spread it evenly with a white pad or felt. Let it act for 10 to 15 minutes, then rub the surface with a white felt pad; on large surfaces, this can be done with a single-disc machine with a white pad. Mechanical rubbing during the soaking time significantly facilitates removal.
- Use undiluted for epoxy residues
- Apply between +5 °C to +35 °C
- Contact time 10 to 15 minutes
- Wear protective clothing and follow the label instructions
- Change rinse water regularly
Absorb the dirty solution with a sponge, squeegee, or wet vacuum, then rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry with a clean cloth. Do not let the rinse water dry — this will cause the stains to reappear. If residues are still visible after rinsing, repeat the treatment in the same way.

Frequently asked questions
How long should I wait after grouting? Wait until the grout has cured sufficiently — normally 24 hours at +20 to +25 °C — before cleaning. The product works faster on fresh residues; dried-on residues require a longer time.
Can this be used on marble and natural stone? Yes. The solution is non-aggressive and, according to the technical sheet, can also be used on polished marble and polished or honed stoneware, without damage or dullness.
Can I also use it as a general degreaser? Yes. Dilute it to 30% in water. This will remove grease, old organic deposits, and wax from both natural and artificial surfaces.
The stains reappear after rinsing — why is that? Usually because the rinse water has dried on the tile. Actively absorb the water and dry with a clean cloth instead of letting it evaporate.
