Litokol Starlike Finishes Bronze is a color effect that you mix into Starlike EVO as a third component. The 100-gram sachet is pre-dosed for a 2.5 kg bucket, so you don't have to weigh it. It is therefore not a standalone grout but an addition to a bucket that you purchase separately.
Color & Atmosphere
Bronze is a warm and dark metal, with more red than gold. It pairs well with earthy tiles and terracotta.
Product & Application
Important: the metallic range only works in combination with Starlike EVO 113 Neutro. If you mix Bronze into a colored bucket, you will not get the effect you paid for. Therefore, order the Neutro bucket as well.

Mind the limits. Do not use a bucket with this effect outdoors - on terraces, balconies, facades, and in swimming pools - as the additives have poor resistance to UV radiation. Also, do not use it on surfaces that come into contact with aggressive chemicals, such as industrial floors.
Substrate & Compatibility
The substrate requirements are those of Starlike EVO itself: the joints must be clean, dust-free, and open to the full tile thickness, and the tile adhesive must be completely dry and cured.

The effect is strongest on a surface exposed to daylight or artificial light. In a dark corner, you will see little of it.
Processing
First, mix the hardener (part B) into the colored paste (part A) of Starlike EVO, using a slow-rotating mixer, until a lump-free mass is obtained. Then carefully pour in this sachet and gently mix it until evenly distributed.
- Pour carefully: the powder is light and easily becomes airborne
- Mix at low speed, otherwise the product will splash
- Apply with a rubber grout float, diagonally to the joint direction
- Most favorable between +18 °C and +23 °C
- Clean while the product is fresh
Do not add water or solvent to make it easier to spread. Below +10 °C, the mixture becomes thick and difficult to work with, and curing takes much longer; do not start if the temperature drops below +10 °C within 24 hours. In warm weather, spread the product quickly over the surface, as the reaction heat in the bucket shortens the working time.

Do I also need a bucket of Starlike EVO for this? Yes. This is an additive, not a grout itself. The sachet is pre-dosed for a 2.5 kg bucket, which you order separately.
Can I mix this into a colored bucket? No. The metallic range is designed for Starlike EVO 113 Neutro. With a colored bucket, you will not get the metallic effect.
Can I use this on my balcony or terrace? No. These additives have poor resistance to UV radiation and are therefore only intended for indoor use. For outdoor use, choose a regular EVO color without effect.
How do I prevent the powder from becoming airborne? Pour it slowly into the already mixed bucket and keep the mixer speed low. The powder is very light, so fast pouring or vigorous mixing will cause it to swirl up.
